[Spridgets] gearbox

   What is a fair price for a Ribcase gearbox these days, not the smooth case.

   The condition is unknown but it is out of a low mileage 67 with no 
obvious chunks of gears missing.  I saw one on e-bay for $50 at the 
time but I missed what it closed at 2 days later.

  I got one with problems from a lister a long time ago that I still 
have not used and I am wondering if I should grab what seems to be a 
better one to start with.  My plan is to actually get in the car this 
winter, I have officially committed in writing in the club newsletter 
and on the Singer website to be done by Summer but this time I even 
added 2008 after the word summer so I have to get going on it.
