[Spridgets] 1/4 eliptic helper springs

Yes it did.  But they couldn't keep up with the tongue weight of an 18' 
trailer that was designed in 1958.  The helper springs didn't really help. 
He finally installed a Reese Load Leveller setup that did the trick.
