I haven't seen mine, only felt it in action. I think it is a Type I, with helical gearing. I guess you can say "Viscous" or "Torsen" and the implied meaning is LSD. But Torsen stands for "torque sensing". Saying "That is a Torsen" to me is like saying "That is a big". A Torsen what? A big what? Again, English isn't my forte. And, a little knowledge is a dangerous thing.
