[Spridgets] Bugeye Windshield AGAIN

As you all know there are three screws on each side that hold the windshield
to the aluminium upright posts bolted to the body.  A couple of those screws
are stripped on my car.  I found a guy to put a new glass in the frame and
just may let him do it but is there anything I can do to repair the stripped
screws while it is apart?  What about nutcerts, I have a tool to put them in
if there is room.
