Many recipes I'm sure but here's mine -

Best way for glass is to boil a pot of water, take it
out to the car, dip a small towel in the water as hot
as you can stand it, and lay on the glass for 5
seconds or so. Wipe with a clean dry towel. It looks
awesome. If it doesn't work completely, retry with a
few drops of vinegar in the water during the boil. 

Clearcoat - wax with a polishing agent (the cheap
stuff). If too stubborn, DuPont bug/tar remover.
Either way, follow with pure wax.
