[Spridgets] recover DVD - no LBC

Oh knowledgeable gurus.

 

I was at a wedding yesterday.  I now find that one side of the recordable
dvd from my video camera isn't readable from the download program.  I can
see some files when I use windows explorer.

 

A google tells me that there is software out there to do recoveries.  Does
anyone have any experience with any of them?
