Don't curse the Yankees on okra. They just don't have much knowlege of the
stuff. A few years ago, my wife made some pickled okra, with a habanero
pepper in there, to spice them up. Chuck Christ can attest to the flavor. He
had never heard of such, prior to my sending him a jar.
Bottom line, they jus' don't know....
The south still holds many pleasures, not know of up north. Ron, I'll get
that package going your way today.
