up. when you get to 12 you loose your licence.

Wow, penalties for eating behind the wheel... What type of fine are you
threatened with for that offense.
I know a girl that changed her clothes while driving. I don't know who was
more distracted, her, or the men around her. She is rather attractive, just
not real bright.

In the UK, you can also get "done" for eating
whilst driving. No, I don't mean with a knife and
fork, but eating a chocolate bar or an apple.
Never made sense to me when smoking whilst driving
is apparently acceptable.  I am not a smoker but
it always seemed that dropping a sweet bar whilst
driving wouldn't cause a problem, but dropping a
lighted cigarette on one's crotch could cause a
certain degree of distraction.
