My attempts at singing to myself in the car would
carry a heavy penalty.

In the UK, you can also get "done" for eating
whilst driving. No, I don't mean with a knife and
fork, but eating a chocolate bar or an apple.
Never made sense to me when smoking whilst driving
is apparently acceptable.  I am not a smoker but
it always seemed that dropping a sweet bar whilst
driving wouldn't cause a problem, but dropping a
lighted cigarette on one's crotch could cause a
certain degree of distraction.

What's the penalty for talking to yourself?  I do
that!  Will it be illegal?
