[Spridgets] [criminals, perps, etc]

Sure feels right on an emotional level
...but looks pretty scary when thought through rationally.
I would hope somewhere between the bleeding hearts and the Ayatollah's
Shiria Law we could come up with a consistent and affordable way to deal
with crime-- civil as well as governmental.

I've Been to busy to check the list for 3 days and wow, did I get
behind.

Gerard, Sorry about your loss. Back in the '80's my friend bought a
Midget.
He and I probably had the only two in town. He bought a brand new full
tonneau cover, and it was stolen off of the car the first time he used
it.
We have no idea what the theives could have been thinking. It was way
before Ebay or Craigslist.

Political rant at risk of starting a thread:

The reason there aren't enough resources to pursue crime investigation
is
the practice of warehousing serious criminals. All of our law
inforcement
money is consumed housing and feeding the repeat and violent criminals
in a
failed prison system. If after two strikes you got an automatic death
penalty carried out within 24 hours of your second appeal, and we could
take
all those prison guards and put them out enforcing laws. With no more
than
two chances at rehabilitation, the odds of repeat offenders would be
very
small. Intentional crimes large or small are usually committed because
either a: the reward outweighs the risk of being caught, or b: the
reward
outweighs the cost of the penalty, or both.
David Riker
74 Midget.
