[Spridgets] leaking master cylinder?

I usually am lurking on the list, but really enjoy the banter, both of cars
and cats.  However, my rarely driven 79 midget has developed a leak under
the brake pedal.  I am assuming this means a new master cylinder.  Is my
assumption correct?
