[Spridgets] Car recall

At the end of July there was an article in the New York Times and it
basically stated that Mattel was doing manufacturing right in China.  They
owned their factories and were maintaining tight quality control.  They
stated that Mattel was the model to follow because Mattel understood the
value of their brand.  Then 3 weeks later, whoops .......  Ironic.
