[Spridgets] Stud Sockets

Another head stud question.  Any of you guys use stud sockets of any type
to install your studs?  If so, where to buy and what cost?  The same
engine builder friend of mine suggested cheap head stud sockets that work
with washers somehow.  He said you could get a cheap Chinky setup and just
throw them out after using them.  Horrible Fright Have these?
