[Spridgets] No LBC - PT Cruiser A/C

Sorry for this non-LBC question, however. My wifes 1992 PT Cruisers A/C has
quit blowing cold air.  Symptoms are: compressor cycles relatively often,
the tubing/hoses are ice cold, however, the air blowing into the car is
warm.

I am thinking something with the controls because 1) turn the temperature
control to hot and it blows hot, hot air. Back to cold and it blows warm but
not one bit of cold. 2) The control to change from outside air to inside
recirculation does not seem to do anything.  No change in air flow like I
get in my chevy, nothing.

Something tells me I have to take the entire dash out to find this - Anyone
with any insite would be greatly appreciated.
