[Spridgets] SU Carb Help Sought

I'm an old fashioned twin carb guy a I'm stickin' to my guns on that.  Which 
springs to use is also a part of my initial question. I typically use  
standard SU dashpot oil and never found a reason to change from that.
 
Once this engine is installed and de-bugged I plan to put in on a rolling  
road chassis dyno with the HS2's and do some base line testing. The major thing  
will be to switch it over to the HS4's while on the rollers to do a direct  
comparison between the two set-ups.
