Turbo Bugsy is back on the road and feels pretty good.  Initial tuning drives
go well and the only thing to work out so far is a tendency to stutter a bit
at steady throttle settings.  Ignition, maybe.  Carburetion, probably.  I've
got to reconnect the O2 sensor and redial the carb.  Putting in the stereo
speakers forced the removal of the O2 guage and I'll need to either lay it on
the passenger seat for temporary use or find a new place to mount it.
