[Spits] Adapter In Spitfire Water Pump Housing

I believe that the adapter is a standard compression-to-pipe-thread
adapter.  I'd expect a decent hardware store to have it.

But I imagine that you can leave it in place, and replace just the threaded
compression sleeve and the"nut" that actually gets compressed.
