So my question is has anyone replaced a yoke on a drive shaft? It's a
splinned fit with what looks like a roll pin holding it in place. If this can be
done I can probably pick up some used drive shafts and just use the yokes.

Well, yes, it's possible. It is held together as you say. However, it
usually takes at least a 12-ton press, lots of patience (and possibly heat), and it
probably wouldn't hurt to wait until the planets align and you've arranged
for an expert in Voodoo or the like.

Good luck. ;-)

*Mrs Irrelevant: Oh, is it a jet?
*Man: Well, no ... It's not so much of a jet, it's more your, er, Triumph
Herald engine with wings.
