[Spits] Turn signal indicator stays on

If all the turn signals are off, and the indicator is
still on, it would take some strange combination of
bad connections and shorts to make that happen.

Are you 100% sure that all the turn signal lamps are
100% off (not even glowing dimly) when they are
supposed to be?
