[Spits] 1980 Chrome Bumper Conversion

In my process to convert my 1980 Rubber-Bumper Spit to a Chrome bumpers, I
sent my front chrome bumper to Paul's Chrome for a quote.  The bumper is
straight, no dings or dents, and no pitting.  There is some rust on the
inside near the welds.

Their quote?  $580.00!!!!

Is this about the expected price for a re-chrome?
