Wouldn't disagree about the Valvoline, Jim. I think if it was a choice between a rock and a hard 
place, I'd plump for Castrol Racing 40. At least it has castor oil in it and that's of benefit to 
those seeking helpful aids for colonic irrigation - so I'm told :)
