Mark,

Wouldn't dropped thrust washers cause the oil pressure to be near zero?
Mine is 80 PSI at idle cold.  I will try to put an indicator on the crank
pulley to be sure.

I also believe I'm not getting full travel out of the clutch pedal.

Are you sure it is the clutch and not a thrust washer problem?
