This is not an elegant solution, but when you are ready to print from the Internet, select "print to PDF" as the printer selection. If that works, you could they just reset the printer to your normal printer and then print the local PDF file.</div>

Can you print a web page wirelessly from another device? Any way you can run an ethernet cable from the computer directly to the printer? I had a problem with a Brother 2170. Ended up calling Brother T/S and they walked me through a hard reset, which finally
worked. Does that MFC have a USB port? You might try that,too, if it's available.<br>

<p class="x_MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 0pt"><font face="Calibri">Pc finds printer on wifi … both pc and printer are on same 2.4 node/network</font></p>
<p class="x_MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 0pt"><font face="Calibri">Reloaded software/firmware/reset printer to factory default and set up everything again</font></p>
<p class="x_MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 0pt"><font face="Calibri">Router recognizes printer and pc….. no error messages or codes shown when trying to do internet print</font></p>
<p class="x_MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 0pt"><font face="Calibri">Just a generic message that says “something went wrong when you tried to print…check your printer.</font></p>
