<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><FONT face=Calibri>I’ve done the following</FONT></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><FONT face=Calibri>Powered everything including router off and back on in sequence</FONT></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><FONT face=Calibri>Pc finds printer on wifi … both pc and printer are on same 2.4 node/network</FONT></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><FONT face=Calibri>Reloaded software/firmware/reset printer to factory default and set up everything again</FONT></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><FONT face=Calibri>Router recognizes printer and pc….. no error messages or codes shown when trying to do internet print</FONT></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><FONT face=Calibri>Just a generic message that says “something went wrong when you tried to print…check your printer.</FONT></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><FONT face=Calibri>Printer will print self test internally and from pc </FONT></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><o:p><FONT face=Calibri> </FONT></o:p></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><FONT face=Calibri>Spent two hours with Rahish and his family in the background trying all of the above again till he dumped me on the router provider (netgear orbi mesh)<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Orbi warranty expired and they wanted 99 bucks to trouble shoot it….</FONT></P>
