<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">Tim, not 100% sure, but they make door
door seals in 2 favors.  One that mount to the bottom of the door,
the other that rest on the ground and the door rests on that.  I would
get one of the latter style, this should do 2 things.  First, it should
prevent water from coming into the garage (and prevent it from touching
the water if it does freeze.)  For extra security, get the former
type as well. That way if it does freeze, it will just rip the cheap rubber
off.</font>
