garage door openers for larger doors?</font>

opener just quit.</font>

It was a Raynor 1/2 and lasted 23 years (so it really didn't owe me anything.)
 It failed most likely because the springs weren't tension properly
(they 'slacken' over time and I never readjusted them. That has since been
corrected.)</font>

<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">Anyway, local place that did the install
quoted 2 grand for a new one installed.</font>

<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">I just want to buy one and install it
myself.  But all I find are the 'big box' brands that have wifi and
such and 3 and 4 piece 8' rails.</font>

<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">I do NOT want wifi.  Just a button.
 Also, I want a 12' one piece rail, so I guess that is why I'm having
a hard time finding them online.</font>
