<font size=2 face="sans-serif">Turns out, those chaps work by gumming
up and stalling the engine.  Since electric saws don't stall, they
can keep cutting.</font>

but not always as fast.  </font>

<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">If I wasn't laying in the hospital,
I would find the official site guidance on this.  But here I am.</font>
