lights to light up a porch (that leads to the shop).  I want string
lights, but it seems that all the ones I can find barely give off any light,
or they are construction ones and way too harsh and not meant for permanent

Ideally, they will plug in (or hardwire), they will have a remote control
(but NOT an app for a phone) for on and off.  If they can change colors

Does anyone know if such a animal exists?  Amazon are full of ones
