It's a HP m1217 nfw multifunction printer. I've reloaded all

fine.. reset to factory settings... tried several different
scanner software packages including HPs version and everyone
says it "Can Not Communicate with the scanner."</font></div>

that said it was a virus preventing it from working and for
250 bucks they would fix it... well, thanks but no thanks.
Ran several malware and virus programs and found one</font></div>

redid all above and same result... Hope someone can tech me up
on this and get this piece of printer working again...and all
other printer functions work fine</font></div>
