<font size=2 face="sans-serif">I installed one in my garage and it is
the way to go.  I actually keep it ready to make REALLY hot water.
It is awesome for cleaning parts and such as well.</font>

install and plumb.</font>

<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">After about 12/13 years, the TP valve
is a little flaky and I'm to busy to change it.  Every now and then
it starts to leak a little and I just have to turn off the unit, let it
cool and turn it back on and its fine.</font>

then what I have.</font>
