I got some clear epoxy, and some clear urethane to try out. The epoxy was OK, it had a bit of an amber tone, which wound’t have been an issue. But the urethane was much more clear, less prone to bubbles, and had a much smoother surface. Both the epoxy and urethane adhered well to my test cup, but the urethane remained a little more resilient after curing. The only down side with the urethane are the isocyanate fumes, so if you don’t have the proper protection the epoxy would be a reasonable substitute.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">This was the product I ended up using:</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class=""><a href="https://www.smooth-on.com/products/crystal-clear-202/" class="">https://www.smooth-on.com/products/crystal-clear-202/</a></div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">Thanks for all the ideas!</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">-Darrell</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class=""><img apple-inline="yes" id="3BCA4243-6BA4-423D-9089-C5C01424C096" src="cid:3E72F9A1-A68B-473B-BC9A-441957F03642@Home" class=""></div></div></body></html>
