[Shop-talk] hand held blower attachment

Help an old guy out.  
I've got a standard hand held 2 cycle leaf blower … Stihl, Echo, Huskv all make them. with about a 2.5 foot straight
tube.  Works great  for around the trees and beds but not so much along fences and buildings as it just blows everything on down the
fence line  or the house instead of out from the house so I can gather the with the mower...
 
I'm 
looking for an angled attachment (45 or 90 degree) that will push the leaves 
out away from the house. With the straight nozzle if you
try to reposition it, it just blows them up in your face or back behind you...  
does anyone make an 'add-on' piece or has anyone fabricated
something that works well ??  the nozzle it probably 3" in diameter...  I'd like to have it where you could put it on for the fences and then off
for general blower work...
