[Shop-talk] computer/printer hellp solved

found the problem
 
In one of my rabbit hole searches for the problem I found one post from 2010 
and the guy mentioned
a setting that might be the cause... so buried down a drop down menu in the 
printer queue box is a little 
line that says "Use Printer Offline".  Never noticed it before but it was 
checked as "ON".  
Changed that and the internet is now mine to print
Don't know how it got checked...probably something I fat fingered (or fat mouse clicked) and didn't
realize it...  thanks for all the suggestions and help
