Thanks guys.  Blowing it out did the trick!!!!  I don't know why I didn't try that.  I was thinking about trying to grab the head with some large pliers/channel locks but didn't want to mess up the plastic part.
You guys saved me a saber saw.  I had this happen once before years ago.  But that time I was able to just wiggle the blade and turn the whatever it's called and that worked.  Not this time.  I wiggled, pulled, and pushed on the blade both while turning the thingy and not turning the thingy.  :)
