[Shop-talk] Over the air antenna frustration

In addition to what others said, antennaeb.org will tell you bearing and distance to the stations you’re interested in, and a rough idea of what kind of antenna you need for each. Depending on where you are, you may need an tenna you can rotate, but getting it high enough might work. 

I put a directional antenna in my attic. It’s pointing at the distant station antenna tower, the closer stuff is powerful enough that it’s still got good reception.
