[Shop-talk] dewalt cordless batteries......are you frelling kidding me?

They sell adapters that can convert between the different types. I bought cheap Chinese lithium to replace the nickel metal hydride that I had for my drill and they are still working. The set of two was cheaper than rebuilding the pack, which I  might still do at a later date, plus it was lighter.

It turns out that the battery it takes is different than what I already have. See attached pic. 
The trimmer takes a similar but totally different style. 
How many dewalt types are there that look like this?
