Both have battery/solar options that connect to your home wifi, and use
local storage on the camera or can access your NAS and most importantly do
not require a cloud based service or monthly fee.

This one ^^^^ has a rechargeable battery and two way audio and is less than
$30.

I have 3 of them at our vacation house.
