[Shop-talk] Odd tool in a pouch

That is a carb synchronizing tool.  You pull out the dashpot and insert the tubes and attach the wires so that they point at each other.  Then you can monitor the pistons going up and down.  They will track each other if the carbs are synchronized.  This tool will let you synchronize up to three carbs.
I had a set but they went with the TR3 when I sold it.

I was going through some tools in my shop and came across a small pouch with an odd collection of pipes and pins, but I have no idea what it is for.  The pipes are about 5 inches in length. One picture in the pouch and one fully laid out.  Yes, the tubes do assemble.
