[Shop-talk] Battery Testers

Brian,

I have been using this Ancel BA101 for the last 4 years. While not as 
dramatic as the Milton when doing a load test, it seems to accurately 
measure the battery condition, and it does other diagnostic checks. 
Priced similarly to the more traditional tools.
