Most lights marked T5 are intended to go into florescent fixtures, this one does not. I looked up that model number & came up with a listing on eBay that shows that there is a 3-pin connector on one end of the light. There appears to be a wiring diagram on the back of the lamp but it doesn't show which pin is which. Hopefully you can find a power cord that matches your lamps so you can figure out which pin is which. It will fail, gradually at first, then as the flexing continues, faster until very little metal-to-metal contact is available to carry the current and it gets hot, then very hot, then melts and burns or the joint breaks. Wire nuts keep the metal-to-metal contact continuously and provide strain relief for the strands of the wires within their insulation. Good to hear you got it wired and working! Donald. You were doing the latter, but describing it ?wiring an LED tube? as the somewhat former. Glad you got it worked out - those are definitely non standard wiring colors! Send it back to Amazon, and buy something that's NTL listed. the crap unlisted fixtures amazon sells are low quality, inefficient, and probably not actually intended for use in the US. You will be replacing the fixture in six months or a year, save the effort and start with something decent. (their vendors screw up and sell something half decent occasionally, but why bother with taking a risk?) -- David Scheidt dmscheidt at gmail.com
