[Shop-talk] LED motion lights

That's a failure in the photocell or a mismatch between the bulb used and
the photocell. The photocell can't be sensitive to the light the fixture
puts out or it will see that it is dark, turn the light on, 'think' "Oh
it's light now!" and turn the light off, at which point it will see that
it's dark and restart the loop.
