[Shop-talk] spots on my tv

shop content...I watch shop and tool videos on this tv.
 
75" Samsung Led flat screen first developed a round white spot on the screen...three months later it's up to 3 spots now.  I look at videos on YouTube about 
fixing it and they look like a frame off build of a street rod...  
 
any suggestions on a fix or cost of a fix...??   Videos tell me the lens hicky-things are falling off the LEDs and can be repositioned.. but much disassembly is required
