[Shop-talk] instant water heater

Tired of water in my shop sink being so cold in the winter that my fingers lock 
up when I wash my hands...Thinking
about a tankless water heater... Will have limited use, not like a unit in a 
home and it 
can't break the bank.
 
110 v vrs 220 v. ??  I can wire both but it's a pain 
to do in a cramped attic and 76 year old body...
 
what's best ??  suggestions ??
