If you're willing to solder your own cigarette plug or socket, you can
find DC-to-DC converters for Dewalt batteries. This one looks like
it'll do the trick:

As a buck converter, it ought to be reasonably efficient (and indeed it
claims 97% eff at half-load). Still, if you're going to drive this thing
at 100+ watts, you might want to make sure it has adequate ventilation
(or mount a small 12V fan).
