[Shop-talk] Eradicating yellowjackets in a stone wall?

I've tried spray and dust (which may have been diatomaceous earth, landlord can't remember). Neither is making it into the hole in the ground, which is either way far back or around a 90 degree bend.
She's ordering delta dust but I'd like to rig up a remote blower for it so I can hit them during the day from a few feet away. I'm thinking a length of rubber tubing with a T junction, and I dump the powder into a funnel in the T junction and blow it to the other end.
I'm open to less Caddyshack-like solutions :-)

I only had one :-) Emptied 3/4 of it into the gap in the wall but not a single angry wasp came out so I'm not convinced I hit anything. Morning will tell.
