[Shop-talk] Reznor 50K ceiling hung natural gas heater probem

Winter's coming...thought I'd light the pilot and be ahead of that first cold 
day...
 
Pressed in the pilot button... propane torch up the hole... after a few seconds 
the pilot lit
Held the button for 30 seconds and let it go...flame goes out
 
lowered the pilot assembly to see what happens ...same drill
 
pilot lights.... then goes out when releasing the pilot button... 
flame is on the thermocouple
 
what you think >>>  bad thermocouple ???
