[Shop-talk] D-Rings for trailer

Don't know if this is a reliable method, but I purchased mine, the last 
time I needed some, from a trailer supply dealer. It has seemed to work 
out, never had an issue with their strength and durability. But that 
"last time" was more than 15 years ago.
