Yes, great advice Pat.

It is from a lifetime accumulation of UV-exposure, and the older we get,
the more likely it will manifest in something like that.

I just had a couple of small spots just "frozen" off from my nose (no
cutting or stitching), but it is a risk that we all run particularly if you
are caucasion and have spent time in the sun.

The dermatologist suggested SPF 30 as the minimum, and SPF 50 as the
recommended.
