[Shop-talk] blast cabinet issue

Years ago I used the kit plans from TPTools, https://www.tptools.com/Build-Your-Own-Cabinet-Plans,337.html?b=d*8039, and built mine out of reclaimed plywood. I haven't been able to use it in years (kids, garage full of junk, work - you know the regular excuses) but I remember using a very high tech tool to get the media to flow - I kicked the funnel when the blasting stopped. Since my habit is to wear steel toe boots while I'm working in the garage I could give it a good thump. Mostly worked though had I thought of it at the time I would have explored a bed vibrator (don't think the typical, ahem, "facial massager" would have enough vibration to work ;-)).
