[Shop-talk] Frigidaire window AC fan short cycling

I saw the prior thread where Pat gave several suggestions.

Jim - If you hook your multi-meter to the power leads for the fan, what do
you see? It'll tell you if it is a problem internal to the fan, or if it is
elsewhere.
